EZUP Cranes use an engineered heavy duty wheel block system based on solid steel wheels with 70D hardness polyurethane treads. This gives you smooth and quiet operation for many years. Compare this to other workstation crane components!

EZUP Cranes use heavy duty worm gear gearboxes and industrial duty motors. No brakes are required, so there is no maintenance or brake pad replacement or adjustment required.

EZUP uses industrial duty radio controls on all of our workstation cranes. You get 2 transmitters as standard equipment. Radio control gives the operator a much higher degree of safety compared to manually operated cranes.

Our design allows for the best hook height in low clearance applications as standard. We give you the best hook height in the industry. Also, the clean design does not require any control or power wires hanging down as is common with most cranes.

We sell exclusively Harrington and Acco Electric Chain Hoists However, you can use nearly any top hook mount hoists with our cranes if you choose.

Every EZUP Workstation Crane comes standard with variable speed bridge and trolley controls. Our setup minimizes load swing and makes moving loads much safer. We use simple controls which are easy to repair and debug should a problem occur.

If you have at least a 4” thick concrete floor slab, you will not likely require a foundation for the EZUP Crane System. Our engineers will help you to evaluate your specific application.

Lifetime Warranty on all structural and mechanical components (not including hoist and wearing parts such as wheels and electrical components). Electrical components include a one (1) year warranty. Hoists have the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
